We are Dongguan Metron Precision Machining Co., Ltd., a professional OEM & ODM custom precision machining factory based in Dongguan, China, with ISO 9001:2015 certification (accredited by IAF and CNAS). We focus on custom CNC milling, CNC turning, precision grinding and full-process metal surface treatment, serving global customers across automation equipment, automotive, medical device, new energy, semiconductor, robotics & intelligent equipment, aerospace & defense, and general precision machinery industries. Factory Strength
Our factory is located at Building 3, No.9 Chuangye Industrial Road, Wanjiang Sub-district, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, P.R.China. We are equipped with 20 sets of 4-axis/5-axis CNC machining centers, 27 sets of CNC lathes, and a full set of precision machining and testing equipment including Hexagon CMM and TESA height gauges. Our production workshop follows standardized lean management, ensuring stable and efficient mass production capacity. We can optimize processing structure, control production cost and improve manufacturing efficiency according to customers’ 2D & 3D drawings, and provide targeted reasonable processing suggestions for different industry applications.
