Surface Grinding

Anodizing

We strictly control bath chemistry and thickness to ensure consistent appearance and performance across batches.
Plating
For parts that require superior conductivity, solderability, or extra corrosion protection, we offer electroplating services including zinc, nickel, silver, and tin plating. Our plating processes adhere to industry standards, with proper thickness and adhesion testing. We handle both rack and barrel plating, accommodating small precision components as well as larger assemblies. All plating is performed with environmentally compliant chemistries.
Polishing
When aesthetics matter, our polishing and buffing services deliver mirror‑like finishes on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals. We use progressive abrasive techniques to remove tool marks and achieve desired surface gloss levels — from satin to bright mirror. Polishing is often combined with passivation for stainless steel parts, ensuring both visual appeal and corrosion resistance.
