4-Step End-to-End Quality Assurance System, Ensuring 100% Compliance with Your Requirements
1.Incoming Material Inspection
All raw materials are strictly inspected before production. We verify material composition with a spectrometer, test hardness, and check surface quality to eliminate defects at the source.
2.In-Process Quality Control
Real-time monitoring and random inspections are carried out at every processing step. We use micrometers and calipers to ensure dimensional accuracy, with critical dimensions checked after each operation.
3.Final 100% Full Inspection
Every finished part undergoes a complete dimensional inspection using professional measuring equipment, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). We guarantee strict tolerance control down to ±0.005mm for critical dimensions.
4.Pre-Shipment Verification & Packaging
Final check for dimensions, surface finish and appearance. All parts are then packaged with anti-collision foam and vacuum-sealed to prevent damage during international transit.
